A round-table discussion will highlight the difficulties facing logistics service providers and possible solutions to them: Clients expect, even at the tendering stage, evidence of a suitable logistics real estate location. Yet suitable premises in the hot spots are in short supply. Staff recruitment represents increasing challenges to service providers. There are ways out of the dilemma, including those set out in the 3rd Logix study which, as a "location compass" for the first time correlates sites and labour availability.
Joining in the discussion will be: logistics service providers, academics, representatives of municipal authorities, business development consultants and project developers.
