Additionally will be charged:

• AUMA fee 0.60 EUR per m²
  The German Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions (AUMA—Der Ausstellungs- und Messeausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V.) charges an amount of EUR 0.60/m2 of rented exhibition space to all exhibitors. The amount is invoiced by MMG and passed on directly to AUMA.
• Flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair 1.50 EUR per m²
  The flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair covers the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor at his stand during the fair. The rules relating to waste disposal are those set out in 6.1 of the Technical Guidelines.
• Advance payment for services that need to be ordered 15 EUR per m²
  The advance payment for services ordered (e.g. electricity, water disposal, telecommunication services, tickets) is EUR 15/m2 of rented exhibition space. After the fair, on the final invoice, the advance payment will be set off against the costs due for the services that were actually ordered.
• Mandatory communication fee 190 EUR flat
  This fee covers the following services: Basic entry in the official catalogue (print and online); one copy of the printed catalogue (given out at the trade fair), electronic press compartment, entry on the internet at “Exhibitor Highlights” and "Job Corner“
